Gastro Horror Coming to Streaming March 2026

Hannibal March 2026With March literally coming in like a lion (will we ever get a break?), a lot of us are finding solace in movies. Like months passed, I’ve rounded up the gastro horror coming to the various streaming platforms. It’s not the best month for releases, but it’s not bad either. I strongly recommend checking out Kombucha!

March 1st

  • Hannibal (2001) After having successfully eluded the authorities for years, Hannibal peacefully lives in Italy in disguise as an art scholar. Trouble strikes again when he’s discovered leaving a deserving few dead in the process. He returns to America to make contact with now disgraced Agent Clarice Starling, who is suffering the wrath of a malicious FBI rival as well as the media. (Prime Video)
  • Human Hibachi 3: The Last Supper (2026)A man who suffers from hyper-religiosity, leads a cult of devout followers to partake in a “last supper” where sacrificed humans are the main course. (TromaNow)
  • The Silence of the Lambs (1991) Clarice Starling is a top student at the FBI’s training academy. Jack Crawford wants Clarice to interview Dr. Hannibal Lecter, a brilliant psychiatrist who is also a violent psychopath, serving life behind bars for various acts of murder and cannibalism. Crawford believes that Lecter may have insight into a case and that Starling, as an attractive young woman, may be just the bait to draw him out. (Prime Video)
  • Thinner (1996)An obese lawyer finds himself growing “thinner” when an old Romani man places a hex on him. Now the lawyer must call upon his friends in organized crime to help him persuade the old man to lift the curse. Time is running out for the desperate lawyer as he draws closer to his own death and grows ever thinner. (PlutoTV)
  • The Woman (2011) A lawyer puts his family in jeopardy when he captures the last member of a violent clan and tries to forcibly tame her. (Shudder)

KombuchaMarch 27th

  • Kombucha (2025)Trapped in a fluorescent-lit cubicle farm, an aspiring musician thinks the free break room kombucha is a perk – until it begins to change him. What starts with suspicious smiles and team-building ends in a bile-drenched metamorphosis. (Screambox) Editor’s Note: You can listen to the Kombucha episode of Final Girls Feast where we were joined by the director to discuss the film.

As always, I hope this list of releases helps everyone find something new to watch this month! Is there an upcoming gastro horror title you’re looking forward to? Let me know in the comments below or over on BlueSky!  Also, be sure to come find me on Letterboxd and/or Discord to share what you’re checking out! Happy Watching!
